• Develop performance specifications
• Unit layout
• Integration of equipment per manufacturer installation guidelines, i.e. engine packages, drivelines, gearboxes, centrifugal pumps, hydraulic components, additive pumps & tanks, etc.
• Major component design, i.e. trailer frame, engine mounts, mixing tanks, mixing agitators, sand screw assemblies, hydraulic tank, platforms, etc.
• System design:  perform sizing calculations and select components for cooling systems (engine, hydraulics, pump lube, fuel), hydraulic system, fuel system,  mixing system, additive system, low pressure piping, high pressure piping, and controls integration
• Finite element stress analysis:  trailer frame, access platforms, various mounts
• Weight distribution analysis for US Bridge Law compliance
